Small red spots on chicken’s eyelid

Hi. Our hen almost died last week from falling in a pool. She was attacked by our rooster and hurt when we put her back in the coop. She has been favoring one foot and not walking. I think it’s because of the attack. We took her out of the coop to heal in the house again. Now her eye has been closed a lot today and I now am seeing small red spots on her lids. Can anyone identify them? Thank you.
