hazesolomon do your birds still have "teenager" feathers on their wings? If they do they will have to "shed" those first then once those are gone they should lay soon.

I just found out about that trick at the fair last year. Also found at that the judges don't like hatchery birds. Pathetic that it took five years for me to figure that out.
 
Unfortunatly no. Most chickens will begin to lay anywhere from 18-20 weeks old. Unless they are roos, which you may have one there. I can't really tell by the pic. :idunno
