Small silkie chick with a few issues

Have a little silkie who’s much smaller than her hatch mate at 2 weeks. Posted here earlier because she’s been sneezing pretty frequently. She has a protruding vent right now, not sure if new or if I just noticed it. Seems to strain a little to poop but normal poops.

She’s eating and drinking normally, but seems a little labored in her breathing. Have been giving vitamins/probiotics in water. She’s also an absolute unit, basically a little orb. Maybe just runt issues? Anything that ties these symptoms together or just a series of unfortunate baby chick problems?

Does she grow at all? Is it a possibility to weight her?
