Welcome to Backyard Chickens, please check out the predator threads for information on safe guarding your chickens... otherwise you will continue to replace them.

Said skunk is no longer with us. I caught him in my henhouse a month later. We had a discussion, he and I, and I convinced him not to come around anymore.
Also, my pen for those little chickens was not the best. I have acquired lumber to build a coop specifically for my new babies this year.
