My Bantam Leghorn has been laying for two weeks now.
I think this week's eggs are smaller than her first week's eggs.
Why would this be? Is her diet lacking?

While they are still young in their laying stages, it's typical to have a fluctuation of egg size and it will probably be that way until they are quite a few weeks older. I still have some variations and mine have been laying since August.

Pullet eggs are all over the range in size. ... and you did say she is bantam so they're going to be small.

Oh, yes, I knew they would be small, she's a little pullet.
It was the fluctuation that had me puzzled. I'm glad to know it's normal.
