Other than the Malaysian Serama, what is the smallest breed recognized by the APA standard?

Hmmm...maybe dutch? I know Matt NC has some that I thought were wild birds running around the ground! hehe Granted they were babies, but even the adults are wittle bitty.

Serama is the smallest breed, the Dutch bantam is the second smallest according to the Standard.
