smallest pullet not blending in and eating

When I put a snack out. This smallest pullet (lowest on peck order I suppose) always stays back in
the roost while all the other pullets and the cockerel eats from the bowl of oatmeal.
She seems to eat from the feed but is the smallest of them all and does not seem to be growing
much. She is healthy though. Any hints? thanks

Yup, I have one of those too! I only have 10 chooks, and I always separate the treats in 3 different places. That way my lowest in order can get some without being pushed away. I keep 2 different feed and water stations too.

I also put treats and feed out in multiple spots. My Brahma hens are to mellow to shoulder in with the crazier ones.

Multiple spots certainly helps make sure everyone gets some.
