Smooth Sizzle??

Hey guys! Posted this in another thread but no response. Got this little dude from a farm and he/she was supposed to be a Silkie but I'm thinking I have a Smooth Sizzle here? Thoughts?

It looks like either a very poor quality hard feathered (it happens sometimes) silky or a silky cross. Most of the silkies sold by our local TSC for the past 2 years have been very similar.
