Snake attack!!! need some advice

I don't understand why people feel like snakes won't attack your larger chickens, even if they are too big to eat.

Well, it hapened again last night again. I have a top on it but they got in. So tonight I will be sitting with the 22..... Anyways, it is not a snake. One chick was dead and a two week old Peking duck was eaten from the neck down the stomach area to the feet. It was all eaten, so I guess it has to be a rat or something bigger living in the garage.

Yes and no. I built a new top yesterday and felt it would hold. Well one more eaten duck and antoher dead (two) it did not hold. But, I did find the little !@#!@#!$!@$#%$#^%@#$^@% and it is now dead. IT was small so that is why it was gettin gin. Now the worry, did it have brother and sisters. Well back to another rebuild!!!!!!!!!!!!@#%@#$^$&*$%^@#$%#$^&$%^*%#^^@#$^$%&$%#!$
