Snake Trap Works

I dont think it matters. Ive caught snakes with new eggs and old eggs. You have to remember though that not all snakes go for eggs. I have two milk snakes in my front yard that i cant catch. I've kind of grown fond of them, their names are Maggie and Marty.

A little humor: Maybe if you baited your snake trap with a Holstein cow you would have better luck catching those two milk snakes.

I'm moving to rural Mississippi soon and I know there are snakes around where I will be moving. What is this trap called and where can I buy one?

They are known as "MINNOW" traps and you can buy them at bait and tackle shops, sporting goods stores, and Wallmart.

I have a snake now in my coop - called Walmart and they have the minnow trap but my door opening is only 8 X 11 and I think the the trap is bigger...should I get one anyway to put in the chicken yard or another idea - what about shrimp bait trap?
