Good luck with your snake problem! Nothing worse than opening the coop door and seeing a snake slithering around. I had a few non venomous baby snakes in the coop this year, they may not be able to kill me but wow, still scares the heebie jeebies out of me. I am still freaked out and this was over a month ago!
