Snap and lock chicken coop

Being rather small is the first strike against snaplocks.
Lack of ventilation is the second.
Probably pretty predator proof but that's moot after the first two strikes.

How many birds are you planning on getting?
Ducks are often best kept separate from chickens for several reasons.

I have the large snap lock. I worry about winter. I’m new to chickens. I currently have 12 in there at 13 weeks old.

That looks really small, and no ventilation worth mentioning. TWELVE???
Mary
There are 4 nesting boxes and 3 perches. They all like yo be together in 2 nesting boxes and perched on a single perch.
5 are cockerels, so I’ll only be keeping 1 of those. This coop says it fits 12 in the advertisement. They only sleep in there. They are out at daylight and in at dark.

The omler advertises that it fits 10. It only fits 2. Best rule of thumb is 4 sq ft per bird at a minimum. At 12 weeks old I know they arent nesting so they shouldnt be going into the nesting boxes yet. that's a good way to not get eggs laid in there.

Although your new purchase looks nice, it's truly too small for 12/13 week old chicks.
Even if, your counting on some of them becoming rehomed Cockerels, you really need to try for at the very minimum of 4 sq feet per bird. The more the merrier because when your girls are happy, you get eggs from each on a regular basis.
Rule of thumb: More space is better.
Just saying. But, it does look pretty.
