Snapper anyone?

Caught this big guy yesterday,weighs at least 40lbs.He will be good eatin in a few weeks,anyone else eat'em?

No, but I've crossed a flooded creek using the rocks...or at least I THOUGHT one was a rock until my dog started barking at it. At least it didn't bite me and I got across.

Ate them as a kid, turtle soup was good.

It was my job to hold the stick that the turtle snapped, then pull the head from the shell so my mom could chop. Strong turtles!

Where would you keep it? looks like it would need a pretty strong pen or something

What do you feed them to "flush em out"?
Never tried turtle before...tastes like chicken?
