Sneezey and Wet Nose chicks!

Hello! I have a flock of 8 beautiful mixed breed chickies, I originally had just 4 bantam breeds but then my father got 4 more regular sized chickens from a coworker of his. We have had them for 3 days and i’ve noticed 3 out of the 4 have developed “colds.”

It started out as time to time sneezes but now one has a snotty nose. They still eat and drink ok, i saw a few watery poops but i dont from who.
I've read that this could be upper respiratory disease, and it stays with them the rest of their lives! How can i tell if it is something serious?
