Sneezing 6 week olds.

My chickens have been sneezing for about 2 weeks now. No other symptoms and eating and drinking and behaving normally. They’re 6 weeks. What could be the issue?

I hear it through the day if I’m sitting with them.

My chickens occasionally do that but it is only on and of

It is usually after I have cleaned the cage. Sometimes it’s other times though. It usually happens when there is dust or mite powder.

Though I don’t know if that the same thing with your chickens
