Sneezing and gaping?

My little 4wk old silver laced polish chick was gaping a lot the other day, and I thought it may have been gapeworms, but she stopped doing it so I stopped worrying and figured she must have had something in her crop. Today, though, she is gaping again occasionally and is sneezing every few minutes. She also has some crusty stuff around her nostrils. Does she just have a cold? Is there anything I should do for her? It seems like I'm having one problem after another. *sigh*

I believe she needs an antibiotic, but I'm not positive.
