sneezing and messy butt

I have a 7 month old pullet that has been sneezing for 2 months now. No other symptoms, just constant sneezing. Now she has developed a messy butt. I don't see any diarreah in the coop, just on her feathers. I lost another pullet, same age, last month with no symptoms other than a messy butt. They were wormed last month when the other one got sick. They don't free range, no change in food, plus my key west chickies are fine. Nothing has changed, except the weather. I got these pullets as day old chicks from a lady that I believe takes wonderful care of her birds. But out of the 7 I kept, I'm down to 3. They keep mysteriously dying. So is it time to get some antibiotics? I hate to use them if I don't know what I'm dealing with but I don't want to lose another one. No vet around here will look at chickens. With the last one I isolated her, wormed her, gave her acv, fed her eggs and blueberries, only thing she would eat. She died after about 4 days. She only had a messy butt. Anything I can try with this one?

If no vet will look at them and you don't cull, I would try the antibiotics. It might help, and it might not. If you can't buy them locally, Twin City Poultry Supply is very reasonable with their prices.

what color is the mess?

what bedding do you use?

what all do you feed?

what did you use to worm? and what dose?

can you hear any gurgling, wheezing or any other breath sounds when she breaths?
does she have any mucus from eyes or beak?

The mess is only on her rear. Its greenish white and all stuck to her feathers. Its really normal looking, just everywhere on her rear end. Don't see anything unusual looking in the coop. No bedding, just dirt floor. Feed southern states laying pellets and scratch. Wormed them with Wazine according to directions. No other symptoms at all. I've slowly been losing my Araucanas, beginning to wonder if its just them.

if you have lost others that had similar symptoms..
I'd consider changing feed..

have you checked her crop?
is she eating and drinking as usual?
any signs of mold or mildew in the coop, or feed?
any feed scattered on the floor that might have gone moldy?
any hay?
any kitchen scraps?

maybe Oxine would help..

as a last resort I'd try an antibiotic..Tylan 50 injectible.
can be found at most farm/feed stores. you'll need syringes.
but this sounds more like a reaction to something.
