Sneezing and nasal discharge

I picked up a pair of Bantam Cochins at the Nationals, and the pullet seems to have the sniffles. She has a light nasal discharge and is sneezing fairly often. Shes active and eating/drinking and showing no other signs of illness. No wheezing sounds from her chest to speak of either. Do I treat with something, or let it slide and assume she will get over it?

These are exhibition quality birds, and I really don't want anything to go wrong with this bird, so I'm not against preventitive medication in this situation...

If you recommend a med, please add dosage as most animal meds are labled for poultry!
