sneezing and snoring meat chicks!

Hello thank you for letting me part of your site.
I just got 12 broiler chicks a week and 3 days ago. Now they are sneezing and snoring, I stared on dramycin 10. Is this the right approch?! How much should I give, etc... help, these are my girls 4h project. :-(
