Sneezing at night

My chickens seem to only be sneezing at night. Otherwise they seem totally fine, should I be concerned? I don’t see any congestion or watery eyes or odd behavior

Good on you for noticing. Are they secure in a coop at night? How many birds in how much space? How much ventilation is there? What do you use for bedding/litter? Do you clean out droppings regularly or do you use more like a deep litter method?

I’m asking all these question because I’m wondering if something in the air in the coop could be irritating them.
