I took in one of my friends chickens around 3-4 weeks ago and immediately as soon as he brought it over it started sneezing a lot. Seems like she sneezes whenever she eats or drinks and does it for a few times before stopping. The chicken has had little contact with my flock so i’m unsure of if I should introduce her to the flock. Please let me know if you think I should introduce her or keep monitoring her. Also does anyone know what this sneezing could be. Here’s a video of what it sounds like:

Quarantine any new chicken before you let her joint your flock.
It sounds like she is in quarantine already.

In my short backyard chickens experience, I found that sometimes
sneezing might be just the cold or dust or dirt clog up in the nostrils.
I would clean her nose to make sure the airway is clear. I use VetRX on my chickens when they sneeze a lot, mostly it happens in winter. VetRX seems to fix the sneezing.

When it is really cold, I give them a bit of ginger powder and cayenne pepper powder to warm up their system.
All the best.

how would you clean the nose?

With a cotton swat/ball wet with warm water or a tissue soften with warm water - the warm water just soften these so it is so harsh, then gently clean the outside of the nostrils.
You will see if there are dirt inside and just gently wipe it.
