Sneezing chicken

I had a sneezing chicken that dyed about two months ago. Now I hear another chicken sneezing. There are no other symptoms-only the sneezing. It is eating and has no discharges from either end. Any ideas?

I would not give antibiotics to a chicken for sneezing. Could be environmental, for all you know. If it's one of the viruses that they get, antibiotics won't do anything and if it's a carrier type disease (think Typhoid Mary), Tylan may relieve symptoms (may), but it won't get rid of the disease. I'd just observe the bird. Sometimes they get something caught in their throat. I have one girl who has been sneezing/snorting for two days and there are no symptoms other than that. I truly think she got a snootful of DE or other dust and is trying to clear it out of her sinuses. No need to medicate that. Your chicken's death two months ago may not have had anything to do with her sneezing.
