Sneezing chickens

We got some baby's about 2 months old and we cured them from sneezing about 3weeks ago and now their sneezing again what could be going on with them?

How did you cure them of their sneezing? What treatment(s) were used?

Any symptoms besides sneezing? Coughing, mucous, facial swelling, bubbles in the eyes, etc.?
