Sneezing Chickens

I go out to my chicken coop about 3 times a day and almost every time I hear what sounds like a chicken sneezing. It is a high pitched noise that only lasts 1 second. All my flock seem to be healthy. Is there any explanation to this?

Chickens sneeze for many reasons, most of them environmental. If it's hot and dusty, they'll sneeze. Dusty feed or bedding, they sneeze. Drink too fast or eat too fast, they sneeze. In absence of other symptoms, I wouldn't worry too much.
