My chicks are starting to sneeze, They are all fine and alert. No other sypmtoms besides a sneeze and there is like a liquid that comes out when they shake their head and sneeze. Their brooder in ventilated and open. I do use the wood shavings and they are a little dusty even I could smell/feel the dust from the shavings. But One had a sneeze and then I noticed everyone else started to develop a sneeze. I’m worried it’s something bad 😢

Could be a respitory illness just going by the symptoms. I'm not sure how to treat but maybe this will bump you to the top!

If there is discharge, I'd say respiratory. We just had a respiratory issue with one of our chicks and ended up brining her to the emergency vet - they treated with an antibiotic shot and sent us home with Tylosin to put in the water for 7 days. If you can get your hands on Tylosin, I'd say that's the way to go - you can search some threads on BYC, I've seen others suggest Tylosin for bacterial respiratory infections. If it's viral, there isn't much you can do other than give supportive care (adding electrolytes/vitamins to their water, and make sure they are warm and their area is clean).
