Sneezing frizzle..

we were given a new Frizzle yesterday after a LONG search for a new Frizzle after my 9 year old lost her special one! But this one has a cold!! She is seperated from all our others.. She sneezed so much she sneezed out some blood. Little bit of a runny nose otherwise seems ok lots of sneezing.. My daughter is very worried

I have medication to add to water so could do that if needed??
