Sneezing hen

One of my domineckers started sneezing today, also their water was green today (it was fine yesterday) and their container had to be scrubbed. Could they be related or 2 separate issues? Any idea what could be wrong with her? She seems fine otherwise, just hot.

I would just watch tomorrow and see how she is...see if the sneezing gets worse or if she starts to sound congested or having a nasal discharge or watery eyes...definitely change the water daily though...makes less chance of illnesses especially now as hot as it is...they need fresh water...well at least its hot where I am..
