Sneezing or Coughing Duck?

Foraging through the straw maybe what’s causing it. Not that you can stop her from doing it but the dust maybe the culprit.
But she never sneezed like this before and we’ve had the straw down all winter long and they have always foraged through it… and the other 2 girls aren’t sneezing at all

Well, to be honest, The only vet in our area, where we had to take one of our ducks when we thought she was egg bound basically told us she isn’t going to do anything for a duck unless it’s to put them down. She basically said it’s not worth it. And she’s the only vet anywhere near us that takes ducks. So a vet isn’t really an option. But we would definitely be willing to try antibiotics if there is a way to get it without a prescription?

It tastes awful so your going to have to give it orally. Plus you don't want to medicate birds that aren't showing any symptoms of being sick.
Baytril dose:
It is given at a dose of 0.05ml per pound of body weight, orally, twice a day for five straight days. If the duck is laying you will want to avoid eating the eggs for a few weeks to eliminate the chance of antibiotic contamination into your system.

You can always wait or you can assume she has a respiratory infection and treat. Only you can make that decision.
