I have 5 chickens and 3 ducks. 1 chicken has been sneezing frequently for 2 weeks. None of the other chickens or ducks are sneezing at all. She has no external parasites (I checked), no nasal discharge, lively behavior, good appetite and coop is regularly cleaned. Her comb is a little floppy but has good color and her eyes are clear but she sounds snotty. In well ventilated coop at night and roams yard during the day. Fresh water 3x a day and fresh food placed out 2x a day. I attached a picture. 1st time chicken owner and probably just nervous. Any ideas, comments or suggestions? She has sneezed twice while I was typing this. I also attached a pic of my ducks just because I could.

ducks are so cute thanks for sharing them. That’s a pretty chicken too. Maybe try vet RX first. It’s natural sort of like Vicks for humans. It helped my pullet that had what I would call like a cold when I first got her

Hi!
I’m in the same boat as OP, and I’m using vet RX…my rooster seems fine besides the random sneezes.

How do you use it, how often?

you warm it up a little just by placing it inside a small cup of hot tapwater first (not boiling or the plastic will melt. I actually melted mine a little bit just with hot water from the tap.)
Then after catching chicken( lol the fun part )I put a couple drops on my finger and gently stroke the top of her head with some and a little bit on her beak, (but not inside the nares)
A little on her wattles and comb, and then I use a couple drops of it in between her wings the spot where they tuck face in to sleep.💤 I use it for a few days in a row and then skipped a day and did another day or two and she looked better so I stopped. and you can get it near the eyes it won’t hurt them. but I wouldn’t intentionally put any directly inside the eyes. I heard that you can put a drop inside their mouth too but I’m not so sure about that because it wasn’t in the official instructions but I did put a couple of drops in their water

Oh thank you! I've been doing most of this, maybe I need to put a little more under his wings.
He comb and waddles are bright red and healthy looking so i'm not too worried but definitely want to stay on top of his sneezing.

Thank you!!!

I heat up VetRx in the sink with hot water after a good shake I use a dropper straight into her beak. A few drops once before bed. It has worked in the past.
