One of my hens started sneezing. I cleaned and disinfected everything, Now another one is sneezing. Whats up with that?

It might be dust from the bedding. Or things that are blowing by.
You need to post more information.
How old are they?
What kind are they?
Where do you have them kept?
What's the weather been like there?
What kind of feed do you have them on?
What kind of flooring is in their coop?
Are they kept with other birds? animals?
Do they have a place to get out of the rain? Sun?
What did you disinfect with?
Do they have any discharge from their nostrils?
Is their stool normal? Describe it?
Eating okay? Drinking okay?
So we can better help your situation.
