One of my hens, a Lohman Brown, has started sneezing. She seems ok in herself, she's eating and drinking and is as active as always. She doesn't lay every day and there has been some slightly misshapen eggs with thinner shells. Should I be worried?

The sneezing is probably nothing, just like if you were to sneeze. I wouldn't fret too much. The eggs, though, suggest a lack of calcium. Oysters shells ground up work great for curing this.

I have a two and a half week old chicken that has been sneezing since the day it was born. I have given it Tylan 50 in the water, and it didn't improve. The chick is eating fine, drinking fine and pooping normal. The left eye is runny and yellow discharge from right nostril. Should I order something else? She is kept in a crate with a heating lamp and I keep the bedding clean and clean water. I'm new at this do any info would be appreciated.

The good news is that since my favoured Poultry Supplies lady gave me some medicine to put into their water the sneezy chicken is no longer sneezy and the other three birds haven't shown any sign of catching her cold.
