my duck today went out in the snow! i was proud of him. i shoveled him a little path buttt he didn't wanna use that so he just walked across the entire yard and got all comfy in the garage. i'll let him stay there for now lol. i'll have to take pictures of his snow adventures this year

I shovelled a path for me to get to the car, but the geese decided to use it for themselves.

Oh, the other night, because of the cold and wind, we put a large board in the opening between the straw bales in the doorway of the duck garage.

The next morning DH opened their garage door, but forgot to remove the board. There was a tiny opening at one side and my Sebbie got through. She found me as I came outside later on the way to the mailbox and she followed me all the way there (she NEVER does that), talking the whole time. Not loud honking, but low urgent "wah-wah-wah". I finally noticed she was the only one who came out and as I headed to the duck garage, she stopped talking and just watched me. Sure enough, they were all in there patiently waiting for someone to let them out. Smart goose! She was telling me all about it and telling me to let her ducks out!
