SNOW!

Quote:
It's supposed to "warm up" to 70 this weekend...with a warmer front coming in & pushing our weather to the east...so maybe that can cool off the east coast?

I am not sure if I can replant, or not...I have to use all hybrid plants because we have like a 2.5 month growing season...I planted these the second weekend of May & I've been babying them ever since, LOL

Yeah, I'm not sure if I will, or not...I've been looking forward to my garden since last year! LOL Especially cantaloupe. This was my attempt at growing it & I got a hybrid strain with a shorter growing time...but it looks completely dead now.

I feel for you. It hasn't snowed near the coast here but plants are suffering so bad I am thinking to replant all 700sq feet of my corn... but might not be even worth it because on a "good year" it takes like 100 days to ripen 64 day corn. My tomatoes are all yellow too... and strawberres are already 2 weeks behind schedule... Last year a week ago I had bowls full... right now just flowers and a few small green ones just starting to fatten.

Edited for HILAROUS typo!!! Danged Finals week is eating my brain!!!

Sorry about your garden that happened to me last year I lost everything. It makes you so mad after all that hard work. Also it is June, we are also having bad weather in Idaho cold and the wind is blowing like crazy I wish spring would start, my plants are so wind blown I wonder if they will make it also. I am also a Washington girl(lived 25 years in Battle Ground Wa) so the rain I am use to, snow in April and June is just CRAZY:barnie
