Snowball the silkie

Snowball is 16 weeks. I think it is a roo but no crow yet. Now our Bantam silkie the same age is crowing. The lump above the beak is what makes me think roo. I have someone interested in him but since no crowing, is there a possibility he may be a pullet? This is our first silkie. Please help!

Snowball is actually 18 to 19 weeks olf

Yeah, I think I see streamers too. And from what I can see, the waddles look large too. Sorry. But he sure is handsome!

I agree with everyone here, looks very much like a boy with those streamers and comb. My little guys start crowing at all sorts of different times, often months apart.
