Lilly woke up to the sound of pawsteps and looked around, she didn't want to wake cove, she layed her head back down on his pelt, watching and listening carefully.

Scorn looked around quickly and seeing no one, she bolted as fast as her skinny pup body would allow, back into the woods. Her stomach growled loudly and she had to stop before long to dig into her meal.

Lilly couldn't contain her curiosity, she slowly got up as not to wake cove and crept into the woods toward the noise. She spotted a small pup digging into something unfamiliar, she could smell that it was from the packs prey pile and was even more intrigued. She watched the little one with a heart full of ache and longing, she could tell this pup was abandoned..

Scorn was suddenly aware she was being watched. She growled in what she hoped was a threatening manner and backed up farther into the shadows, not dropping her prey.

Lilly watched the small pup try and be intimidating, she smiled warmly and stepped into the light," hello there..." She said softly and in her most kind voice, she was usually sarcastic and demanding, but she couldn't be that way around pups out of instinct

Scorn growled louder and contemplated abandoning her food, but she hadn't eaten in days and she needed this so she continued backing up

Lilly took a step back," don't be afraid.... You can have the food if that's what your worried I'm here for..." She said softly, still smiling warmly.
