So "Egg"cited!

Greetings from Texas! You remind me a little of myself, except that country for me is one-acre barely outside city limits. I'm 70, and after several years of enjoy our neighbors chickens who visited our yard, we finally got some of our own about 18 months ago. At this point we share 14 hens and one rooster with the neighbors. They forage back and forth between our yards which are loosely separated by a wire field fence.

I'm kind of familiar with your area, as I have two sons in Wisconsin. One lives west of Spooner, and the other lives in Hudson. Anyhow, enjoy your flock.

Hello Texas,

We have even more in common, my daughter has been living inTexas for two years now teaching; so we get to Texas once or twice a year. I really enjoy it when we visit in the winter!
