I know BR and colored for male but seems to be getting darker and tail looks like pullets tail.

So maybe we can finalize Pullet or Cockrel
 
I think pullet as well. She looks pretty dark to me, roos always seem grey to me (like the black part of the bar is greyish). Don't see any stringy saddle feather either. Pretty!
 
It's really a bit of a toss up.The coloring suggests roo,The tail feathers look to be more sickle feathered than hen feathered,and Roos tend to have yellow legs quite more often than hens.Hens nowadays tend to carry the white/greywashed legs.The hackle and saddle feathers are hard to determine,but the hackles do seem to be a lil longer than should be for a hen. The coloring of the BR depends on the geen carriage.I believe if it is a single gene carrier,they are darker...and double gene is lighter.(may be just the opposite) I have some hens almost black and some real light.
