So, how do I tell whether I have an African or Toulouse?

Well, time usually tells. Since the posting, it's obvious I have a Toulouse and an African. The Toulouse is bigger with a lighter colored (going towards orange) bill and the African has a black bill.

Now, how do a determine a goose from a gander?

thankfully I know mine are african.... they are expensive so you really want to be sure your getting what you asked for but sexing... I would love to know that. The breeder said its impossible at my 1 - 2 week olds.... but I am really hoping to have a breeding pair ....
