So I got my Rouens and I have some questions!

I just picked up my babies today! Hubby wanted Rouens so we got a hen and a drake. They are about 3 days old. I had a few Pekins when I was a kid (20 yrs ago!) I know how to care for them and such but I have a few breed specific questions.

At what age will I for sure be able to tell if they are indeed male and female?

At what age do Rouens generally start laying?

What color are Rouen eggs? If you have some pics could you post them?

I just find it crazy that I can find all the information I want online about chicken breeds but I have searched and searched for specific info on Rouens and there isn't much info to be found

Also any other info and advice about Rouens will be greatly appreciated

Seems most places want you to purchase a larger quantity...
