looks just like black silkie, Betty. shes 18 weeks and I'm pretty sure my only pullet out of 3 ( I'm about to post pics and find out for sure though)

Little girl, I initially thought roo but the lack of crowing at this stage and streamers on the head suggests otherwise, of course the chap next to her is a roo but I'm sure you already knew that
