I recently got 1 male jumbo ringneck pheasant 1 male Chinese ringneck pheasant and 3 female Melanistic Mutant Pheasants all in the same run. is this going to be a problem when it comes to breeding season?

If i understood your post correctly....you have 19 birds in 1 pen? How big is the pen? I understand the snow problem but it seems you need at least two more pens! JMO

Well, that's certainly long enough, you could divide it up into smaller pens if its also wide enough, chickens can get by with smaller space than phesants.

I agree, split the run. Give the chickens the coop attached to the run and give the pheasants smaller shelters within each individual run. They will fend the weather much better than the chickens will.
