Not sure how this is going to go but I gave them a few tablespoons in a bowl to see if they would eat it. I peeked from the window of the coop to watch and I only witnessed one brave soul trying it out. They flung it out of their beak so I put some grape tomatoes on the top of it to get them to picking at it and try it. We shall see how this goes. It had expired yesterday so I figured they could enjoy some of it to see how they like it. I have never given any to my birds before but thought, why not?

My babies love yogurt and cottage cheese! It's so funny lookin at their faces with all these "mustaches" and then they gotta go wipe the ground, lol

I'm not a yogurt fan because the sugar/carbo content. Too much can cause a sour crop. A normal healthy bird, though, should enjoy yogurt on a rare occasions.
