The OP said the Javas are standard chicks but the unknown chipmunks are bantams. I don't think any hatchery carries bantam Orloffs. It's a Russian Orloff! I got java chicks and Russian Orloffs at Tractor Supply too!

They rotate through a breed of the week and it's (as far as I can tell) whatever the hatchery has a surplus of. That's what the mottled Javas are, "breed of the week". But the chipmunks were in the assorted bantam bin. Update pix from the OP would probably solve the mystery by now.Do they usually carry orloffs? When we got home I was surprised to see they were rare but at TSC.

Chipmunk is the most common chick pattern. TSC also buys from multiple hatcheries depending on location and the store order varies by local market. I'm about the same distance from two locations and they don't even get the same things!I'm so new at this ... I didn't realize how many chicks look like this as babies
Is that a cream corn mash? What do you use in it?In case it helps, this is what mine look like now. The orloff is the one standing upright in the first picture.
The java is the yellow and black in the bottom pic.

Buff BrahmaAnyone have ideas on these little cuties I picked up at TSC last weekend? The bins were just a mix with only one labeled.
This one has feathered feet. Kind of fiesty.

Also feathered feet. Frizzle something or other, just not positive. Maybe Frizzle Cochin?

I haven't got the foggiest on this little one. It was in a bin marked Bantams but the bin had what looked like a mix thrown in it. This chick is high strung.

Barred Rock is my assumption. Just hadn't seen one in this gray color.

Heavily feathered feet. Very sweet and cuddly.
