And got to looking at my chicken, Opal, and thought "those are some long tail feathers.."
My little rooster died, a possum got him last night. But when I started looking at my other chicken, I keep thinking that its a hen, and then a rooster. I don't really know, do some rooster develop a late comb and wattles sometimes? Or am I just fooling myself?

And I *think* it's a Comet, it was in the "mixed red pullet" bin at TSC, so all I think of is Comet, even though roosters should be white.
