So impatient I think I'm going to explode!!

It's day 21 for my one egg in the incubator. So far, no movement, peeps or pips. Is it normal that it hasn't budged yet?? Uhhhg I hate waiting! I find myself starring at it all the time to see if it moves! I candled it on day 18 and it was alive then! maybe this chick is just a calm little fellow... sorry i just needed to vent! Is anyone else really impatient when it comes to waiting for eggs to hatch??

I'm going bananas too. I have 28 eggs in the incubator, and today is day 21. Nothing is happening in there. This is the first time I've used this incubator, and I already had some suspicions about the temperature because the two thermometers never agreed: one would say 99.5, the other would say 97.5, and I'd shrug and figure it would be worse to bump the temp too high. But now here we are at 21 days and nothin'.

I'm glad yours was alive a few days ago, at least! There's hope--give it a few more days. I haven't candled mine since day 10, and so I'm totally clueless as to whether I've got a late hatch, or an incubator full of gloom.

If this keeps up, I'm going to break lockdown and candle something!
