What exactly is a Sultan? I google-imaged them and they look a lot like Silkies to me...what's the difference?

I can see the Sultan breed in my hen, especially from a profile view of her face.

I also own a Sultan, but your hen looks more like a Silkie X EE to me. It's the body shape. Silkies have a more rounded shape than Sultans. The coloring looks like more of a contribution of the possible EE.

Edited To Add: Silkies are also more popular that Sultans. It's not much, and not real evidence, but it's something.
