I think she's too big. Looks more like a game bantam to me
Just going by weight, I would think Serama is likely.

Old English Game Bantams should weigh 22-24 ounces

Seramas typically weigh under 500 grams, with some under 250 grams

So OP's bird is in the small end of Serama weights, and MUCH lighter than the standard weights for Old English Game Bantams. (I do recognize that off-size chickens can occur in any breed, so the weight alone does not prove what kind of chicken.)

@Alexis tomasetti Where did you get this chicken? Sometimes that can help figure out the breed.
