I put 41 eggs into my Hover-bator. At day 6 I had a look and candles to see what was happening and they all were doing well and were fine.

Then at day 10 I did a proper candle to throw away the bad ones and most of the eggs had bloodlines. I've left them in there for the now.

What cause the eggs to die? Please help :( :( :(

Fluctuations in temperatures and humidity are a major part in why embryos die. Bacterial infections too.

Can you get a pic? Are you hand turning? Is there any veining at all?

Their not shipped and they are from my Rhode Island Reds and Light Sussex.

I was wondering if it's anything to do with the storage before going in the incubator.

I was turning them once a day and the first laied eggs were about 11 days old before they went in the bator.

Thank you for your help.
