I am just curious
These chickens have blessed us with many....many eggs since day one! Honestly, it's a bigger flock than we were ready for! We built our coop and run to accomaaccom around 10 chickens. By chance we met someone that recently found out he would need to move and needed to get rid of his flock.....31 birds! We are down to 23 after preditors took out a few. We were in the process of enlarging the coop and it wasn't ready for the bobcat that had a feast a few nights in a row!

That's what I was thinking and a good reason why I have had such a hard time narrowing down their breed!

They are an awesome flock! Only had a problem with mite and lice and currently being treated for that! We got them and they were infested!
But they are all healthy and hapoy! Getting about a dozen a day! We are giving eggs away! The eggs are crazy too! Some are HUGE some are small and some are colorful!
