So my eggs are developing at different rates and idk what to do

Lady’s I would like to say I was right about the development they hatched 4 days early and the other 2 are chillin no pips

I'm also new at this. I had eggs hatch 3 days early in my last batch. My second batch is in and eggs due 9th and some 13th July. So from today I'm eagerly looking for rocking eggs. To maintain my humidity I use the lid of a cooldrink bottle- it's enough. A bigger area and I'm over. Oh and I'm incubating in a polystyrene cooler box into which I placed a piece of glass for viewing. My son fittted the heat and humidity sensors and a small fan. I hand turn the eggs.
